The executive suite was really good; it was modern, clean, and provided stunning views that made my experience even better.
I did notice that Wi-Fi connectivity was occasionally slow, which was a minor inconvenience when trying to catch up on emails. Despite this small drawback, my overall experience was good.

Convenient and lovely location, the free parking was available. Being a couple of blocks away from Denny's was nice, we had dinner there. The room they gave us was modern and luxury with high tech facilities. Liked the unique atmosphere and the breakfast was absolutely superb.
Even though everything was first-class, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Fantastic and exceptional rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and glassware. What a stunning and great location in the middle of the city! Right by the aquarium as well as Darling harbour.

I recently spent a good 24 hours at Crown Towers, celebrating our anniversary, and it was nice. The lobby exudes elegance, and our suite provided amazing views. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with something for everyone. We enjoyed delicious tacos and sliders by the pool, and the staff went above and beyond, even treating us to sparkling wine and special treats.

review: The room offered fine views, elegantly designed to a high standard, though some minor cleanliness issues were noticed by the pool. Staff were attentive yet service was slow at times, impacting overall enjoyment. Beautiful and modern hotel with spacious rooms and fine views. The pool and spa are fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Just be prepared for a bit of a hectic valet situation, and the front desk could be more cute. A lovely stay!

The two queen beds were very comfortable, and the rain shower was a good touch. The warm toilet seat added a nice element of comfort. Despite some challenges, I appreciated the unique design and the overall vibe of the hotel.
Nothing, all great! 😅.

The views from my room were stunning, and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast buffet, even though it could get a bit busy. The complimentary upgrade and turn-down service with sparkling wine made my stay feel special. The kids were fascinated by the Vivid drone show, making our experience nice.

The amazing views of the Sydney Opera House left a lasting impression, but the constant TV issues made for a restless night. It was a mix of luxury and frustration.

While the spa and wellness facilities enhanced our relaxation, the service was hit or miss, affecting our overall experience. The stunning views and proximity to landmarks like the Sydney Opera House and Darling Harbour made family bonding special, but the inconsistencies in service left us wanting more.

The infinity pool was a highlight, and we loved cozying up with media streaming on the 55-inch TVs. Just a heads up, expect some wait times during peak hours for room service. But overall, the stay was nice and worth it! Definitely plan to return soon.

Stunning Views and Exceptional Service
I had a wonderful birthday experience with a beautiful room overlooking the Harbour Bridge, pristine facilities, and excellent staff who provided highly professional service. The infinity pool was stunning, and the variety of healthy food at breakfast was a delightful touch. I found the limited amenities like the tiny bottle of shower gel and lack of proper housekeeping a bit disappointing given the high price of the stay.
